The Western Carolina men's and women's track & field programs set a number of meet and facility records while junior Hailey Cook broke her own school record in the women's shot put with a toss of 15.34m (50-04.00). She bested her old school record, which she set last season, by over a foot. As a team, the Catamounts won 10 events on the final day and took home both team titles. The women won over the 14 team field by nearly 100 points while the men won by 158 points.
